Sometimes I feel like just filming, but since I only have my laptop and my phone to record, I’m a little limited with my resources. However that shouldn’t stop me.
Anyhow, so much has happened since the beginning of the year. It’s usually a busy start when the new year comes. I keep making adjustments to this site because I want to make it user friendly for people to navigate through the site. I’ve decided to start my bachelor’s program earlier, so I’m really excited about that.
Lately I’ve had some issues with my anxiety and I’m trying my best to get to the bottom of this. However, I had an inspiring conversation today with a friend and let’s hope I stick with what I’ve realized. I may decide to openly talk about it, but for now — let’s test the water out. Hopefully by faith, I will pull through.
So April I’ve trained pretty hard with weights. I probably gained some muscle mass, but that’s a great sign! The last month, I worked on endurance. Diet didn’t change, however I think I’m going to cut mine down just a tad bit, still keeping my servings of carbs no more than 100 grams a day, with protein being more than 100 grams and fat will just be closely to the same servings as carbs.
